2W Channel Manager 

Manages the National Sales Operation for 2Wheel Product Offers. Keep a highly capable team for all activation and sustainable programs for this segment. 

4W Channel Manager 

Manages the National Sales Operation for 4Wheel Product Offers. Keep a highly capable team for all activation and sustainable programs for this segment. 

2W Distributor Manager- North Luzon 

Manages Distributors and ensures productivity of all program roll outs. Forecast Management and Marketing Program Activations in coordination with Marketing 

2W Distributor Manager- South Luzon

All Trade related Marketing Plans and Execution that are directly converted to Sales Volume. Close Market Monitoring, working in full coordination with Channel Managers & Distributor Managers  

PR, Events and Digital Marketing Supervisor 

All Digital Marketing related Plans and Execution with events. Ensures profitable engagements on both digital and events platforms. Branding and Visibility using multimedia and press releases. 

Field Marketing Coordinators – Luzon

All Trade related Marketing Execution that are directly converted to Sales Volume. Close Market Monitoring, working in full coordination with Distributor Managers 

Field Marketing Coordinators РVisayas & Mindanao  

All Trade related Marketing Execution that are directly converted to Sales Volume. Close Market Monitoring, working in full coordination with Distributor Managers  

PR, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing Coordinator/ Graphic Artists

Assists on all Digital Marketing  Execution and events. Branding and Visibility using multimedia and press releases. 

Inside Sales Representative 

Converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by thorough pipeline management in collaboration with the respective sales team assigned while ensuring a great customer experience.

Distributor Excellence & Capability Manager 

Conducts Monthly Review based on Scorecards with Distributor Managers, Marketing and Distributors ensuring alignment while addressing execution issues timely to keep track on distributor excellence KPIs. 

Distributor Excellence- DIP Officer

Manages Distributor Incentive Plans and Trade Programs. Measures, Analyze and Keep Track making sure the Distributors wont be missing any program and excels based on measures.

Distributor Excellence- Capability Officer

On Boards Distributors and Trade on all Executions and ensure capability is build before running a program to consumer. Conducts Audit twice a year to ensure compliance.
